It is a fact that recruitment agencies are a useful source of job vacancies. Since Your Music Agency is solemnly focused on the Music and Media industry jobs and events, employers and or planners in mentioned business field carry out their main recruiting through us. So signing up with us can give you access to jobs that aren't advertised elsewhere.

Our Recruiters role is equivalent to the Agent + Manager + the Artists & Repertoire (A&R) role combined. We identify special musical and media talent plus headhunt exceptional jobseekers. We then bring these talents to the attention of companies such as TV Network Stations, Radio Stations, Record Companies, other independent labels, Bands, Orchestras and local/ global companies to name a few.

Your recruitment agent will start by finding out what kind of jobs you're looking for and which skills you've got. They’ll ask for an up-to-date copy of your CV, which will help them decide if they can place you in a job. Only put yourself forward for work you are confident you’ll be able to do.

We handle both temporary and permanent vacancies. Even if you're looking for permanent work, consider putting yourself forward for both – if you perform well in a temporary job, it can sometimes lead to a permanent position.

It's important to build a relationship with your recruitment agent. Don't be afraid to give us a call to find out how we're getting on with finding you suitable vacancies. We'll have lots of people signing up every day. Being proactive will remind us you're keen to work.
